Leads camp setup with item sourcing & supply coordination

Acts as the voice of the crew, bringing concerns to officers

Primary source of information for new recruits & OMs

Organizes camp setup and teardown duties

Event point of contact when Captain or First Mate is absent (including planning photo ops)

Ensures the Captain doesn’t get too aggressive in negotiations
Oversees all dues collections
Oversees all crew & patron donations
Tracks and manages group
